Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and machine availability.
As a general guide:
Metro areas: approximately 3 to 10 business days

Bulky Item Delivery
Vending machines require specialist handling. Customers must ensure the delivery site is suitable before dispatch.
Please check that:
The delivery address is accessible by truck
There is sufficient space for unloading
Doorways, lifts, ramps and pathways can accommodate the machine
The site is on ground level unless otherwise discussed
Someone is available to receive the delivery
Any required equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack, is available if needed
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to access issues, additional redelivery, storage or handling fees may apply.
Residential Deliveries
Residential deliveries may incur additional freight charges due to access limitations and equipment requirements.
Please advise us before dispatch if the delivery address is residential, has stairs, a steep driveway, narrow access, limited parking or any other restrictions that may affect delivery.
Delivery Does Not Automatically Include Installation
Unless specifically stated in your invoice or order confirmation, delivery does not include installation, machine positioning, setup, training, electrical work or removal of packaging.
Installation services may be available in selected areas and can be quoted separately.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully on arrival.
Before signing for delivery, check for any visible damage to the packaging or machine. If there is damage, please note this clearly with the driver and take photos before unpacking.
If you believe your machine has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the machine
A description of the issue
A copy of any notes made with the freight carrier
Claims for transit damage must be reported promptly so we can assist with the freight carrier process.
Missed Deliveries and Redelivery Fees
If no one is available to receive the delivery, or the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or site access issues, the freight carrier may charge redelivery, waiting time or storage fees.
These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before your order is dispatched.
Vending Direct Australia is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details or failure to advise us of site access limitations.
Authority to Leave
Due to the value and size of vending machines, authority to leave is generally not available unless approved in writing before dispatch.
Most deliveries require a person to be present to receive and sign for the item.
Delays Outside Our Control
We will do our best to dispatch and coordinate your delivery as quickly as possible. However, Vending Direct Australia is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, road closures, public holidays, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
